The purchase of a clearPOS system includes telephone training, assistance setting up your system, adding your products and 30 days support. Our systems are so easy to use we are confident you won’t need any further support after this, however if required we offer additional telephone support at £15 per hour after the initial 30 days or £20 per month for unlimited telephone and email support.

We also offer a comprehensive complimentary user support system containing over 100 guides and tutorials.

Our systems are sent out pre configured and installation is as simple as plugging in a few cables. We provide you with full setup support via the telephone, however if you want an engineer to install in person we can arrange this too if you’re located in certain areas. Ideal if you need multiple terminals or require WiFi/Networking setup.

All prices per installation not per system, we will install any number of systems and peripherals included in this fee. Up to 50m of networking cable will be provided for free if required.

Card Payments With SumUp

Take Card Payments Immediately

All our systems offer the option of adding a SumUp card payment device. This will allow you to take credit and debit card payments immediately and is fully integrated into your new Epos System.

SumUp offer next day payouts as standard and unlike traditional merchant services there are no credit checks, contracts or monthly fees. Just a low 1.69% transaction charge for card payments processed through the SumUp reader.

If you already have a card payment solution that’s no problem. You can process transactions as normal through your new Epos system and press the Credit Card button to log a sale by card.
